About Ron L. Miranda

Ron L. Miranda is the CEO, Founder, and Chief Compliance Officer of Texas Broker Sponsor™ — the original flat-fee broker sponsorship company in Texas. Since 2012, Ron has served as the Designated Broker of Record for more than 100 LLCs and corporations, making him one of the most experienced LLC and corporate brokerage sponsors in the State of Texas.

Ron's real estate career began in 2000 as a licensed Texas mortgage broker. In 2008, he founded his first real estate brokerage entity, The Miramas Group™ — still active today. In 2010, he became a licensed Texas real estate agent and licensed supervisor. In 2012, he earned his Texas broker license and launched Texas Broker Sponsor™, recognizing that independent agents were surrendering 20–30% of every commission check simply to satisfy a single TREC requirement. In 2018, he formed a second brokerage entity, 1st Brokerage™.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Ron is responsible for ensuring that every agent, LLC, and corporation under TBS sponsorship operates in full compliance with TREC Rules Chapter 535, the Texas Real Estate License Act, and all applicable federal and state regulations. His CCO role is not ceremonial — it is the operational backbone of every sponsorship agreement TBS executes.

Ron's model has evolved significantly since 2012. Today, TBS does not only sponsor individual agents — it recruits, vets, and appoints Designated Brokers to serve as the broker of record for LLCs and corporations based on each entity's specific operational needs. This broker-to-broker appointment model is unique in Texas and reflects Ron's commitment to building a scalable, compliant, and professionally managed sponsorship infrastructure.
