Ron L. Miranda is the CEO, Designated Broker, and founder of Texas Broker Sponsor™, the original flat-fee broker sponsorship company in Texas. Since launching TBS in 2012, Ron has helped thousands of licensed real estate agents — from newly licensed agents to seasoned producers — maintain their TREC license under a sponsoring broker without the overhead of traditional split-based brokerages.
Ron's real estate career began in 2000 as a licensed Texas mortgage broker. In 2008, he founded his first real estate brokerage entity, The Miramas Group™ — still in existence today. In 2010, he became a licensed Texas real estate agent and licensed supervisor. In 2012, he earned his Texas broker license and launched Texas Broker Sponsor™, recognizing that independent agents were surrendering 20–30% of every commission check simply to satisfy a single TREC requirement. His flat-fee transaction model has since become the benchmark for broker sponsorship in Texas. In 2018, he formed a second brokerage entity, 1st Brokerage™.
